Eligibility Criteria

Post Basic Eligibility
Examiner (CGPDTM) Degree in Law with relevant experience in legal or IP-related matters
Deputy Director Ph.D in any discipline with experience in education, research, or examination systems

Educational Qualification

For the Examiner post, candidates must hold a recognized Law degree. Experience in handling legal cases or matters related to Trade Marks and Geographical Indications is required. A Master’s degree in Intellectual Property is considered desirable.

For the Deputy Director post, applicants must possess a Ph.D in Humanities, Science, Commerce, Engineering, or professional fields like Law or Management.
