- Law Officer: LLB with minimum 50% marks
- Chartered Accountant: Passed CA Final
- IT Officer (Gr-1 & Gr-2): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/E&TC) or MCA (full-time)
- Accountant: B.Com with minimum 50% marks
- Clerk: Any Graduation with 50% marks (Preference to BCA, B.Sc Computer, Engineering)
- Stenographer: Graduation + Passed Stenography Exam
- Peon: 10th Pass
- Driver: 10th Pass + Valid Permanent Driving License
Note: Knowledge of Marathi (Read, Write, Speak) is compulsory | 70% seats reserved for Parbhani & Hingoli district candidates

Salary (After Confirmation)
- Middle Management (CA): ₹35,000 – ₹39,000 gross
- Junior Management: ₹23,000 – ₹31,000 gross
- Clerk/Stenographer: ₹18,000 fixed (probation) → ₹33,000+ after confirmation
- Sub Staff: ₹15,000 fixed (probation) → ₹25,000–₹30,000 after confirmation
